Navigate to your settings page and choose Email Settings :

Spotting all your connected seats just got easier from this page! Plus, want to add a fresh seat? Just tap on that 'Add Email Account' button. 📬✨

On the table, here's the rundown:

'Name' column - That's the sender name you've picked. 'Email' column - That's where your email addresses live. "Daily limits' column - Check them out for each email address. 📊 'Email Delay' It's the cool-down between emails, ensuring they don't blast out all at once. ⏳ And, of course, the status of each email address. Need to make changes? You can tweak the email address, give it a quick reconnect, or boot it out right from here. 🛠️🔄🗑️

Click on the pen icon of the email account you want to adjust.

A new modal will pop up with options you can set your preference:

  1. Sender name - The display name that your email recipients will see.

  1. Campaign Settings - here you can choose how you want your emails to be used in the campaigns. These settings are specific for selected email addresses.

  1. Daily campaign limit - The recommended daily limit is 50 or less. Sending too many emails from the same email account may damage your sender's reputation.
  2. Minimum waiting time - The recommended minimum number of minutes between sending emails is 5.
  3. Random additional delay - The additional delay is added to the minimum waiting time to randomize sending emails even more to improve deliverability.

3. Custom Tracking Domain - Setting up a custom tracking domain for the sender account can improve deliverability by up to 20%.
